Fixes for known bugs with Loch Ness

Recently it has come to my attention that Loch Ness has several rather serious bugs that slipped right past QA. Most of these issues were fixed by Monday, but I've decided to release a patch which will fix all known issues in Loch Ness. If anyone experiences any problems with it please let me know, but DO NOT use it on an Enano installation that has been modded code-wise.

patch -p 1 < enano-1.0.1-fixes.patch
