New VPS hosting for main site and forum
Update 3: Finished the second transfer, and we're starting to test things out. dandaman32 21:58, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
Update 2: Transfer 1 out of 2 is complete, the site is up but our mirror isn't. This will be fixed as fast as my DSL modem can upload its little heart out. dandaman32 21:34, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
Update: The tables will be momentarily locked for the upgrade. dandaman32 17:16, 11 September 2007 (EDT)
Thanks to the amazing folks over at Network Redux, we are pleased to announce that Enano has received free Silver VPS hosting. We'll be moved to the new server before the week is out. We plan to move the main site and forum, and Neal Gompa has also proposed a read-only, auto-synchronizing version of the Mercurial repository.
For the nerdy ones out there, the VPS runs Fedora Core 5 (Bordeaux) and will have home-baked Apache and PHP setups, carefully optimized for speed and security.
