Server outage twice in a week

Some of you will have noticed that our failsafe site has kicked in twice this past week. The cause of the first outage was a PHP upgrade by our webhost, and the second one was the result of a quota being exceeded on /tmp, causing MySQL queries to fail with "Error 28". We have been assured that all problems with the server have been fixed, but the Enano project is considering moving to another hosting service in the near future.
